2) Memorandum of Society/ Company

3) List of Governing Body of Society/ Trustees/ Directors

4) ID & Address Proofs of all Members/ Trustees/ Directors

5) Audited Financial Statments of Last 3 Years (in case of old entity)

6)Details of a fresh bank account of company/ society/ trust in which it will receive the foreign contribution

7) Certificate of Registration U/s 80G & 12A of income tax act (optional)
