(3) Directors details 

(4) Address &ID proof of Each Director

(5) Pan copy of Each Director

(6) Bank statement copy of both

(7) 2 photos of both Directors and Nominee

(8) Conveyance deed/Rent agreement

(9) Annexure-1 to be filled by Each Director & Signed
