23/2010-Cus (NT), Dated 22/03/02010   [To be published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)]   Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue)   Notification No. 23 / 2010-Customs (N.T.)   New Delhi, dated the  22nd March, 2010 1  Chaitra, 1932 Saka.   S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), IGI Airport, New Delhi to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on;-   (i)             the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad; (ii)            the Commissioner of Customs (Import), NhavaSheva; (iii)           the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Mumbai (iv)          the Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), Chennai (v)           the Commissioner of Customs, Kolkata (vi)          the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai   for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s Metro Impex, New Delhi and others,  issued vide, DRI F.No. 23/48/2006-DZU, dated the 25th March, 2008, by the Additional Director General, Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.     [F.No. 437/06/2010-Cus.IV]   (NavrajGoyal) Under Secretary to the Government of India
